New (School) Year, New Me

Harry Potter...after I watched it, for a few minutes I was a little disappointed. Here I was hyping myself up, but I expected too much from it I guess. The more I thought about it, the more I absolutely loved it. It's crazy to think they can get every little thing from the book into the movie...I noticed little nit-picky things like Ms. Norris's eyes were gold/yellow in this movie rather than red like they normally are. Ha, very, very picky I was. I saw it a second time the next  day with my little sister. It's really sad though to think 11 years of my life are gone :(, well not really gone, but that section of my life come to an end. Alex wants me to read the Hunger games now, I'll probably start that up soon :)

So this Summer I have had a lot of me time. I took time from my friends, and other things I would love to do and worked on me. I've come to realize that you really can't trust too many people in your life and once you find love, hold on to it really tight..as cheesy as it sounds, you really don't know what you've got until it is gone. I have not only better(ed) myself for me, but for everyone around me. I was going through a dark path for a little, I'm sure everyone has one of those at least some point of their life. But I had my friends and family there (and puppies) to keep me up no matter how low I got. I have the best friends anyone could ask for :)
I am excited about the upcoming semester and have set achievable yet challenging goals for myself  :)

So it's one of my favorite seasons once again!! MARCHING SEASON! Woo :)) Today was Madisonvilles first day of band camp and my little sisters first day too :) I'm so excited to watch her grow up in the same area of interest I did. She has grown up so fast. Racer Band will be starting quite soon as well, I am quite excited about our musical selections!! It's going to be hard for me to play rather to sing along with them haha.

I have to head out to play frisbee with Zoey and go on a Sonic run :)) I hope everyone had a marvelous day!
