Well, yesterday was wretched. The heat, the humidity, the everything! Even at 7:00 in the morning, I took Zoey outside to potty and I felt like a brick wall had hit me as soon as I walked out the door. The weather channel on my phone was saying that it felt like 120 degrees outside, that's ridiculous. I really hope it isn't this hot during band camp...geeze. I jumped in the pool for a little bit yesterday and an hour was all I could stand. It was no different than being outside of the water, though I didn't check the temperature of it, I'm sure it was 90 or so.
Maddie (little sister) had a lesson with Addisson yesterday too, so I helped her with her homework a few hours before. She needs to understand that the more you practice the better off you are, and to not procrastinate, but I can't do much for her there because I ALWAYS put things off ha. So we went to the Grimms house a little and then to Kroger to get a few groceries. I could barely stand to walk from our car to the door anytime. My mom noticed this and asked me jokingly if I could walk any slower...I just slugged my way around everywhere. Zoey kept ringing the bell to go outside, but I knew it was to just play frisbee or basketball ha.
Not too much went on last night, I finished Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix while the storm came through.
Still no car, I'm driving my brothers car around right now. What I would love to have is a nice Nissan Versa...but that isn't happening anytime soon! HA. I'll have to get one of those when I graduate from college. Which will hopefully be in the next 2 or 21/2 years! I know I'm ready to be done stressing about grades and papers. Yet, I know after a few years of graduating I'll probably wish I was back. Oh well, I'll just live in the now.
